How to Use
Cold therapy – Place pack in freezer for approximately 2 hours before use.
Hot therapy – (Microwave):
1. Place pack in clean microwave oven at 600W maximum for 15-20 seconds,
2. Test heat and repeat at 5 second intervals until desired heat is reached.
3. Apply the pack in 5-20 minute intervals or until symptoms are relieved.
WASHING & STORAGE: Hand wash in lukewarm soapy water, rinse and air dry. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct heat and sunlight.
