How to Use
For hot applications:
Leave the heat pack in hot water (Max.80 degrees Celsius) for 6 minutes or heat in a microwave(600W) for ninety-seconds. Adjust heating time according to the power of you microwave.
Remove the hot pack and wrap in a cloth or cover. Do not place it directly onto bare skin.
Apply the hot pack to the muscle or area of pain.
Repeat when needed, ensuring the skin has returned to a normal temperature before reapplying.
For cold applications:
Store in a freezer ready for use, or freeze for approximately two hours.
Remove the cold pack from the freezer and wrap in a cloth or cover. Do not place it directly onto bare skin.
Hold the pack on the injury.
Repeat when needed, ensuring the skin has returned to a normal temperature before reapplying
WARNINGS
Excessive heat or cold can lead to burns.
Handle the pack carefully and never place directly onto bare skin. Place a cloth or protective cover between the pack and skin.
Discontinue application for 30 minutes after the pack has been in use for more than 20 minutes.
If uncertain how or whether to use this pack, consult a physician or pharmacist for further help.
Dispose of pack if damaged or worn.
Clean any spillage with a cloth and warm water.
